Get to Know Me

My Approach

I understand that traditional learning environments don’t always meet the needs of children with autism. That’s why I take a personalized, relationship-centered approach to teaching.

In our sessions, your child will experience:

  • Structured, predictable routines that reduce anxiety
  • Hands-on, engaging lessons tailored to their interests
  • Evidence-based strategies rooted in special education best practices
  • Support for communication, emotional regulation, and independence
  • A safe, patient, and encouraging learning environment

I meet each child where they are—and help them grow from there.

What Makes This Different

As both a special educator and someone deeply committed to inclusive education, I go beyond academics. I focus on the whole child.

That means we work on:

  • Building confidence and self-esteem
  • Strengthening social and emotional skills
  • Supporting positive behavior and coping strategies
  • Partnering closely with families to ensure consistency and success

You are not just enrolling in tutoring—you’re gaining a partner in your child’s development.

For Families

I know how overwhelming it can feel to find the right support for your child. Whether you are homeschooling full-time, supplementing your child’s education, or navigating transitions, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we will create a learning experience where your child feels safe, capable, and proud of their progress.
